Delivery Teerman’s ships product all over the world. Our "delivery and set-up" personnel deliver locally within a wide service area.

Shipping, Special Orders and Delivery

Most products that are shipped outside our service area are delivered in the safest, least expensive manner with only the cost of the shipping charged to you. Most orders are shipped by UPS or RPS. Items that are too large or heavy for UPS or RPS and are shipped by common carrier (trucking company).

When Can I Expect My Order?

Order times will vary, depending on what you order. After the factory confirms your order, we will contact you with a delivery confirmation. With Patio furniture, expect shipping to occur within 3 to 4 weeks.

Please Note: These are estimates, not guarantees. When it comes to order times we are at the factory’s mercy. If we find that there’s going to be an unusual delay for your order, we will notify you.

Notification of Delivery

You will be contacted prior to delivery to set up a day and general time window for you to receive your order. If no one is at home when delivery is attempted, you will incur a minimum re-delivery charge of $35.00 per order - So be sure to have someone there to receive your delivery during the time window the delivery service has given you.

When Your Delivery Arrives

When your order arrives, please take a moment to inspect all itemms for any damage. While we make every effort to ensure that your items are in good condition before we depart for your delivery, you should take a moment and inspect them yourself to make sure that all items are up to your satisfaction.

What about International Delivery?

International delivery (including Alaska and Hawaii) is available. Delivery costs to the nearest U.S point or port will be same as the designated rates included above, plus you will be responsible for shipping charges outside of the contiguous United States, as well as any fees related to customs, port taxes, duties, etc.

Even so, our international customers tell us that our price advantage is substantial compared to "local" prices even after adding international shipping charges. Duties and taxes on items shipped outside the U.S. are your responsibility.

Financing

Financing Teerman’s accepts, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. We also accept money orders, cashiers checks, and cash. We do not offer C.O.D. terms.
